The University of New Orleans Presidential Search Committee voted unanimously to name two finalists to present to the full Board of Supervisors for the University of Louisiana System.

The Board will hold a special meeting Thursday, Sept. 14 to interview finalists and select the institution's next president.
"Our time spent on campus reaffirmed the essential qualities required in the next president," System President and Search Committee Chair Dr. Jim Henderson said. "Guided by substantial input provided by faculty, staff, students, and community members, the Search Committee has put forth two finalists who are prepared to lead the University of New Orleans to a new era of growth and accomplishment."
