Thanks to improving weather conditions, the University will reopen and resume normal operations on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. All classes will meet as scheduled. All campus events and operations will resume.
We understand that local or weather-related conditions may still present challenges for some. If you are unable to travel to campus safely, please notify your direct supervisor or instructor as soon as possible.

Due to anticipated hazardous weather conditions, the University of New Orleans will shift to remote operations on Monday, January 26, 2026. The physical campus will be closed during this time; however, all classes and university services will continue remotely.
Students should check their university email and Canvas for course-specific instructions from their instructors. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact your instructor directly.
